What in this template can be improved or added as a feature?

Add a Drupal 10 multisite template

What exactly should be updated?

There's a Drupal 9 multisite template and a Drupal 10 template but no Drupal 10 multisite template

How important is this feature to you?

Drupal 10 is the latest version

The cron job code in .platform.app.yml should also be improved to use variables so that each site (and each environment e.g. uat and prod) can have it's own cron job run. Currently, it will only run for the default site.
