Addresses #19

[x] upgrade to Guzzle 6
[x] add custom oauth2 client library (based on league/oauth2-client)
[x] restore/check support for options like 'debug', 'verify', 'proxy'
[x] add saved token compatibility with old version
[x] find out how to mock responses in guzzle 6, to fix tests
[x] release platformsh/oauth2 (with separate tests)
