What exactly should be updated?

This header will only be exposed if the score is above zero.

The abuse score of the end-client IP. The header is only present if the score is above 0. A score >= 100 indicates a near certainty that the request comes from an abusive IP. The abuse data sent through this header is provided by AbuseIPDB.
