Integrate pyqver #38

It might be nice for students to identify if they've used any python 2.7+ features that won't run on a 2.5 XO by adding https://github.com/ghewgill/pyqver to the utilities baked into the example.activity.

This should probably be moved to Example.Activity

Actually, even the oldest images that are still actively supported in the field, 11.3.x versions from 2011, in Perú, use Python 2.7. IMHO as a contributor active with Sugar and OLPC in the field, it's safe to target Python2.7+.

Didn't you end up finding 2.6 running in the wild? And I thought the old XOs were running 2.5? I'll need to dig this up.
