Do we have FBX file support with animation. #21

I have a fbx file i want to load it using ArToolKitJpctBaseLib. @plattysoft , @michaelboyles want to achieve something similar to Shifu app

This library is a very thin layer to connect ARToolkit with jPCT, so support for fbx friends on jPCT.

This library is also quite old, you may want to take a look at the 3D engine that Google recommends for ARCore, and ARCore as well.
