Remove PacketSerializerContext #108

PacketSerializerContext was removed in PocketMine-MP 5.12.0 (https://github.com/pmmp/BedrockProtocol/commit/65b3d0b341afc5c0aa952f1d71a4109d78bb0a59), which causing critical error when executing //paste.
