Semi-related: I am curious what the cadence is around releases and if this will go out as a patch bump release in the near future—also I'm asking purely out of curiosity.

Updates to this project are infrequent, but I try to release a new version whenever something changes (seems to happen about once a month). I just forgot doing that for https://github.com/plausible/ecto_ch/pull/192 😅

I've now published v0.3.10, which includes the changes from #192 and this PR.
