Simulator Scrollbars #268

The Hello World & Whackamole examples show scrollbars with width & height extended beyond the device dimensions.

I'm running latest Chrome, and node 5.6.0.

@ItsLeeOwen , I had the same problem in my app too. After upgrading to 3.1.3 things look perfectly fine.
