Improved multi-touch finger tracking to make sure we process only the events that started and ended on the GestureView:
Fixed a problem where sometimes short taps triggered onInputSelect before onDragStart, which broke tracking;
Fixed a problem where touches that started on a different view and ended on the GestureView omitted onInputStart event and thus did not have any tracking data. Now touches that did not start on the GestureView are completely ignored by it.
