Describe the bug Unable install/uninstall VPN service because conflict DNS resolver port between dnsmasq and systemd-resolved

Version

Ubuntu20 (or any environment use systemd-resolved)
playio-vpnc v0.9.3

To Reproduce

Up new vagrant box ubuntu20
sudo playio-vpnc install --auto-dnsmasq --auto-startup --dnsmasq -vv
