Describe the bug

sudo playio-vpnc uninstall -f
INFO : Uninstall VPN service [playio-vpn]...
INFO : Stop VPN Client if applicable...
ERROR: Missing VPN client. Might be the installation is corrupted. Use "/vagrant/playio-vpnc uninstall -f" then try reinstall by "/vagrant/playio-vpnc install"
