Unable to see the boards or the board variants within arduino IDE #6

I used both methods to try and add the boards, but I see nether within the Boards Manager. Any ideas/more information you may need to get me some help on this.

I was able to find a solution to get them to show, by doing through ??Arduino15??. Fingers crossed.

Was having the same issue, until I modified C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\avr\current_version\boards.txt
