Description:
You can switch Weapons during Fear effects.
Additional note: I've known this bug from before and it's worked with Mind Controls too (f.ex. Lady Deathwhisper in ICC), so my hunch is you can do the same during those too, but I've no diagnostics yet -- could use some tests to provide feedback on those as well.
How to reproduce bug:
Get Feared, switch Weapons. Should be successful.
How it should work:
You shouldn't be able to switch Weapons during Fears -- you're not in control of your Character.
