Description:
Intervene gets "Immune" on team-mates who are originally of the opposite Faction -- you literally do not move, and do not grant the Buff to your Target.
Makes it pointless to assist opposite-Faction team-mates in CF BGs and essentially just scuffs better skillplay when something like this is stupidly broken.
How to reproduce bug:
Get in a CF BG and Intervene on an opposite-Faction team-mate.
How it should work:
Should work normally as with on any Group Member.
