Patch for /trunk/Box2D/Testbed/Framework/Test.h #329

This header was preventing me from compiling.  From what I understand 
#includ'ing <cstdlib> is better than including stdlib.h anyway.  Thoughts?

Box2D doesn't use namespaces.
