Allow deleting individual slots #45

This is technically a part of issue #41, but is important enough to warrant its own issue. By allowing the deletion of individual slots in conjunction with issue #44 (adding additional slots without interfering with existing user data) admins would have the basic ability to customize the schedule. This would let admins start entering real schedule data on production while issue #41 is still being developed.

This feature might still be nice to have, but with the interface changes that @devnill has been doing I don't think it's necessary for this milestone.
