sidebar slider mouse bug

sometimes adjusting one then another, the second drag will adjust the first slider?

is this something to do with either:

• mouse event thinning
• the thing where it holds what slider you're dragging even when you drag outside it

luke reports this is more prevalent when framerate is low? i still couldn't reproduce with artificially limited fps and the trackpad, need to try with mouse
