chore(ci): update ci.yml #86

update ci.yml Optimise install - it should be a clean install, with no extra gui so logs are simple Upgrade checkout action

Fixes sub optimal install command I introduced last month.

I confirm I have read the contributing guidelines and signed the Contributor License Agreement.
