Determine what questions are necessary and what answer input formats will be. Build a questionnaire for potential users, and one for coaches to gather their experience.

Preference of using Typeform (API) for the questionnaire: https://developer.typeform.com/get-started/. Can edit questions / layout on Typeform's site and then import via API.
