The core TypeScript Player exposes a constantsController to manipulate constants

Describe the solution you'd like

Expose the constantsController and all public methods for Swift HeadlessPlayer implementations
Provide a Contextual object in EnvironmentValues to provide similar convenience to react for SwiftUI users
