Aspect is preparing for a 2.0.0 release of their rules_js bazel libraries (and other related libraries are also getting a major). This major contains breaking changes but also will add support for newer node/pnpm versions and may fix some of the instability we've seen around cache misses for npm dependencies on our iOS builds. We should figure out what we'll need to update when the rules are officially released so we can update quickly.
