Should return TotalPaymentDueMismatchError when B request includes the wrong price #12

If the B request includes the wrong price at totalPaymentDue.price, the Booking System should return a TotalPaymentDueMismatchError.

Tests which fail:

User Experience Impact: This is a safety valve to prevent a user from paying the wrong price (or the partner receiving the wrong price) for an activity

Not sure why this is happening, we've got behat tests to ensure this is correct
