Multiplayer doesn't work for Russia #270

Hello, I have the same problem with multiplayer. Many users notify me about problems with multiplayer. Usually it's from Russian.

I checked If I use VPN - Russia multiplayer doesn't work, if some different countries - it's work.

Error: onRoomCreated, status 4

Today I have this problem too with all of my multiplayer games. Cannot create rooms. I'm from Bulgaria. On mobile network - no problem. The problem is only on WiFi networks.
