Update 8BitArtist to work with GPS 5 #94

I updated 8BitArtist to work with new api. Please, let me know if you find any problems. I tested it and worked great for me.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this PR. I am closing it now because 8BitArtist is no longer in this repository. I am looking into bringing that sample back with the newest best practices, which will probably include these changes.
