Not sure if this demo is still supported (after all the changes to the Google Plus APIs...), and there hasn't been traffic here for years. But as I haven't seen any other client for the management APIs, I suppose it should work. I've setup Bower for the demo, and can serve the demo pages. I replaced the client ID and entered the app ID as requested, however when opening the home page, the console keeps showing a 404 on signin (I've redacted the client ID below, but it's correct otherwise):

What could still be wrong here? I've added http://localhost:5000 to the authorized JavaScript sources when setting up a client ID for Web. Anything else that I've might missed? Or is there by now another (easier to set-up ;-) ) solution as client for the management API?

Same here, used to be working, and now got this error: Source map error: Error: request failed with status 404 Resource URL: http://localhost:9256/demo/demo.html Source Map URL: ../sourcemaps/inpage.js.map

Wish the developer can take a look a do an update (which haven't be maintained for 3 years...)
