Meta Refactor/Many Macro Removals/VS Update (15.7 now required) #217

This still needs some work, but it can be completed it a later PR. This adds initial Enum binding support, and removes many of our macros, I also pulled in the WWise fix for running RelWithDebugInfo as I needed to fix some WWise stuff.

Seems like the WWise fix broke something on release, will fix soon.
