more traffic info / vis: routes, stops, .. #11

HSL routes seem to be there as GeoJSON already. GeoJSON is what we already use for the buildings, and what vizi 0.2 uses also in the Cholopleth (area vis) plugin, so it would probably be straightforward to add routes and/or stops to the public transit vis as well.

http://www.pubtrans.it/ has e.g. "HSL line routes (paths) in GeoJSON format."

Erno has been working on this and has it working to some extent so just updated the info here too for clarity.
