Change avatar upload directory #124

Fix issue https://github.com/playthecall/playthecall/issues/106

It may break all current avatars, so you have to upload it again.

Hello @thiagogabriel , did you check if the directories are made before uploading?

Yes, carrierwave uses fog, fog will take care of it. :shipit:
