Fix bug to see missions logged out - CRITICAL #160

Players are not able to promote their missions because any link of someone's mission can't be reached if you are not logged in.

Log out and try it: http://www.playthecall.com/m/deehtx/the-seal

Critical issue since it stucks the game flow because players can't spread their missions to people that doesn't have a log in.
