WG sinks on 8 larges, 10.333 meds - but this is the max sf/rumble damage, not the sinking damage.

Additionally, for fractional maxes such as 16.66[6] (junk), round up the smallest significant figure by 1: 16.66[6] => 1.667

<edit 8/02> on second thoughts, don't do this - round up the amount of damage dealt instead.
