Client fails to unlock #80

This is #52 (bug 3).

The turn locks the controls for animation but never unlocks again.
This causes the frozen player to "hold back time" for everyone until the server kicks for lagging out a few minutes later.
Once the player is kicked, the connection is not properly closed, so the client must also be closed.
Once they have closed their client, time restores.

Some possible solutions:

Kick sooner
Allow play to carry on, using that player's moves up to that point, but keep the long kick interval

In addition:

~~Make sure connection is properly ended for all kicked clients~~ (done)
