treatment titles should be taxonomicConceptLabel #58

We had this discussion many times before, and I think we agreed that taxonomicConceptLabel is a more informative way to present the treatments on the search results page.

This case, the treatment title would be Prometopa Schellenberg 1926 sec. Krapp, 2011. Guido is already putting this together for Zenodo, and he could add this to the xml so it can be easily harvested.

Is the composed taxonomicConceptLabel available in the source metadata for all treatments. If not, what is the spec for handling those cases in which a taxonomicConceptLabel cannot be composed?

Good to know ... I wasn't aware of this requirement until a minute ago ... the most sensible place to put this should be an attribute to the treatment element, as that's where LSIDs, HTTP URIs, etc. already go. Or would you like it in a different place?
