merging words in BLR captions #27

this might be a specific case for above (and few other cases). The next document I just upload seems not to have this issues

There is a minimum distance between words for inserting a space, originally intended to prevent insertion of spaces into URLs, DOIs, etc. ... looks like I'll have to reduce that minimum a bit.

Asking for 20% of the word height now instead of 25%, even though 25% of the height is the smallest width of a space I've seen in any PDF font thus far. Should still be safe for URLs, DOIs, etc., though.
