upload of Checklist to BLR #34

@lyubomirpenev @teodorgeorgiev the upload of Checklist directly into BLR using the respective token is now fine: See e.g. https://zenodo.org/record/1142942#.WlXbd5rwbAQ that I processed.

@myrmoteras Why it is closed access? What do you extract - treatments or images, or both? Is the workflow running routinely for all new articles, How about the legacy articles?

@gsautter is there a possibility to assure that open access articles stay open access when updating them in BLR? See the above example that pensoft uploaded and I then processed.

@lyubomirpenev no, the process is not running routinely. Would be good, but question of resources. Plus the journal has now editorial guidelines, just throws some data out into the publihsed world. That means some handson work, often with quiet some fantasy to get the observation records and treatments done.

@myrmoteras @teodorgeorgiev I see the Check List article imported with Zenodo (?) DOI. Why so? We do import Check List articles direct from Pensoft. No need to double the effort and create confusion. If you like tom spend effort to extract images and treatments, then OK, you can of course do that if you wish.

the checklist article has a DOI from pensoft https://doi.org/10.15560/12.4.1922 , the images that we get a zenodo doi image
