"Biodiversity" and "Taxonomy" come statically from a config file.
The taxon names come from the taxa of treatments citing the figure, in particular primary ranks down to the genus. If a figure doesn't have any taxa in the keywords, most likely there's something wrong with the figure citations.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.884823 in this figure, key words are missing.
it might have changed now, that I went through the caption to change the missing higher categories in the taxonomic names: https://github.com/gsautter/goldengate-imagine/issues/224
Generally, how do you collect the keywords? Are those the higher categories from the taxon in the figure caption?
