related items: zenodo record vs doi #41

@gsautter what is the reason, that we include in the related items in Zenodo deposits the zenodo record and NOT the respective DOI?

this seems at adds with the goal to include persistent identifiers for objects rather then URLs?!

Actually, we include both ... for each figure, there is first the DOI, then the Plazi LSID (which we need for technical reasons), and then the direct link to the record page ready for who ever might want to use it. Hope this about answers your question.
