Zootaxa upload September 13, 2016 does not work #6

@gsautter can you please check today's Zootaxa import, converning zootaxa.4319.3.x (x=1-12). With the exception of zootaxa.4319.3.2 zootaxa.4319.3.3 all the other files did not upload to BLR

I tend to think this ticket describes a downstream issue ... please close (I can't seem to).
