@gsautter in this case, there are in two cases double uploads of images to BLR:

Fig 6 https://zenodo.org/record/3635760 https://zenodo.org/record/3635758#.Xjl9EWhKjAQ

Fig 5 https://zenodo.org/record/3635756#.Xjl9JmhKjAQ https://zenodo.org/record/3635754#.Xjl9OmhKjAQ

could this be because the captions are two paragraphs and I did some mismanipulations?

@myrmoteras to fix the links - ie remove duplicates related items in https://zenodo.org/record/3635744#.Xjl9kGhKjAQ

Well, this was because the two figures in question had two captions each - one marked on the very first line of the caption, the other marking the whole of the actual caption. The best way of dealing with such situations (e.g. after using "Mark Caption" over an area that already includes a smaller caption) is to select over the text and use "Merge Captions" to resolve the duplication. This even works if one caption already has an HTTP URI, as annotation merging combines the attributes of all involved annotations. I fixed this document now and had the server clean up the spurious depositions on Zenodo.

@mguidoti can you please add this case of how to fix a missing or half correct caption to the teaching material, and may be make another screencast? It is relevant, because it causes downstream problems? If you want to reproduce this error, just use the file here https://zenodo.org/record/3635744/files/source.pdf?download=1, and run the "detect document structure" and you will find out

We do have this 'move' (to merge something into something) addressed in our steps and casts - but not specifically to solve this issue.

We'll write something in there to refer to this more general explanation.
