deprecated DOI for treatment #98

OK, this is weird ... normally, a treatment only ever gets "DEPRECATED" after a replacement is added to Zenodo; unless a wrongfully marked treatment is removed from the parent IMF altogether.

The only reason I can imagine a treatment is not re-uploaded and linked is that after a change to the treatment boundaries, the attributes were not modified to indicate the change ... the latter works by removing the httpUri (if pointing to Zenodo) and ID-DIO attributes and setting the ID-Zenodo-Dep attribute to -2, with the latter value indicating an intentional flagging for re-upload to a new deposition with a new DOI. The same "replace the deposition, this is intentional" flagging also works for figures.

Any idea how many of the treatment DOIs of the 2021 EJTs are "DEPRECATED"? Hard to tell without looking at each deposition individually ...

Repaired the two treatments you listed for now.
