The goal is to add taxpub XML as special file to the BLR/Zenodo treatment files.

define the level of taxpub (eg. level-1)
how to define the level of a XML file?
describe how this is going to work, eg will never version of taxpub replace existing or be versioned?

Technically doable once we have a stable XSLT ... however, which MIME type should we use? most likely need a dedicated one ...
