adding DOI with extension does not work https://doi.org/10.11588/diglit.3322#0368 #32

When adding this doi of a figure to the figureCitation as httpUri=https://doi.org/10.11588/diglit.3322#0368 then the doi gets truncated in <figureCitation id="44E52A05FEABFEDBFE31FB871554414C" box="[505,568,1077,1104]" httpUri="https://doi.org/10.11588/diglit.33220368"
