location data missing #110

in this https://zenodo.org/record/3477529#.XZ3NeUYzbAQ the location record is missing. it is marked up in the IMF

Marked it is, indeed, but there are no coordinates ... right now, we only add locations to the Zenodo deposition metadata if they come with coordinates. Could be changed, but that is what we currently have.
