possible issues:

  1. normalizing names (journal, author, taxonomic names etc) and clean up TB
  2. treatments in tabular form (BDJ case, see also https://github.com/plazi/plazi-at-poa/issues/224 , https://github.com/plazi/arcadia-project/issues/142

We need to see how the Corona develops. But we could also consider running a virtual sprint - needs disciplin from each party though and no other commitment during the week...

Probably it's going to be virtual if you want to keep it in October.

If travelling would be open, and the curve of most countries would be flattened, we would still be in a way, risking ourselves in a personal level.

If we do what was asked in the last brainstorming at CERN - get all goals settled before hand - we can set this up virtually with video-calls pre-scheduled about the agreed topics and well-defined deliverables. In fact, I think if this works (and I trust it would), we could make more per year...
