how to replace a GGE file with an IMF file? #167

In this case, http://treatment.plazi.org/GgServer/summary/FF9DFFEED811FFE1FF9AFF90FFDBD01B the treatment is based on a scan that has been processed with GGEditor. there is a copy of it in BLR https://zenodo.org/record/11273#.YFsESa9Kj8A, which is missing the images etc.

@gsautter is there a way to replace the current XML file with an IMF without destroying the treatments already in TB? If so, how to proceed?

If the file was processed with GG Editor, there cannot be any images in Zenodo ... also, the treatments will most certainly have UUIDs not matching the current ones, so if we upload the IMF with treatments marked, there will definite be duplicates, or we will break the existing treatment UUIDs.

As to retaining the markup from the existing XML (in the form of importing it from the old XML into the IMF before uploading the latter), that might be possible using the same routines that we use for XML treatment historization, but we don't have an existing gizmo at this point, so this will definitely be some coding effort ... do you have an idea how many articles we're talking here, as in how many articles this same problem might apply to?
