Lycophron finalizing: sprint #178

@slint @mguidoti can you please find a time to run a mini sprint to finish Lycophron and related tools to batch import data into Zenodo.

We decided at todays meeting that the tool should be internal right now, used discussed and look at the reactions we will get.

Please do this as soon as possible
