sprint 2: organizational questions

@slint @lnielsen questions regarding organization:

• Will you organize coffee for the coffee machines?
• Will we have flip charts, postits, whiteboard and pens to write on it?
• Where are the rooms we will meet?
• is it ok to start at 9:30am, that is we would arrive before so that everybody will be setup in time, probably beeing there something after 9am.

The meeting room (37/R-022) is right behind the CERN data centre at Building 37. Here's a map for orientation:

On Monday we can have:

• one of the CERN people at the meeting room from 9:00am, to help with setup for anyone who arrives directly there
• another one of the CERN people at the Zenodo office until ~9:30am, to help people find their way to the meeting room

The meeting room has a projector and we'll bring post-its and pens. I'm not sure if it has flip charts and boards, but we can see if it's possible to bring one in.

The meeting room is close to the CERN datacenter which has a coffee room with Nespresso, Coffee, and snack vending machines.

IIRC, it is the same machine with those flat pod thingies. Perhaps we can buy knock-offs of these in a French supermercado and save some coins over the exorbitant Swiss prices.

@myrmoteras, @gsautter Minor update on accessing the meeting room, you should go around the small building the other way around like indicated by the green line:
