3 months ago IMHO, it would make a perfect sense to have a small technical meeting on this on Wednesday and present the results of this coordinated effort on Friday.

Disentis is approaching fast. I would like to suggest that we either do some planning before, eg decide how to communicate, goals, etc. or then meet Wednesday before or after the intro and dinner. This way you have Thursday all day and Friday at least the morning.
Does this make sense?
