Hi Donat, Julien, @Julien: Please note that the content can be indexed but my understanding is that the PDF should not be made directly available. Instead, we should add a link to the PDF on Zenodo, so that only members of the Taxodros community will have access to the article. @Donat: please correct me if I am wrong but that is my understanding ! Best, Patrick
Hi Patrick and Julien
Slightly more complicated: At the moment, • everything to 1999 is open access • everything after 2000 is closed access unless we know it is open access (this then should be included in the XML we provide) • for anything that is closed, the members have access in Taxodros at Zenodo.
"access": {
"member_policy": "open",
"members_visibility": "public",
"record_policy": "open",
"review_policy": "open",
"visibility": "public"
Cheers Donat
Hi Julien
I added the files as zip, including the source PDF. I also created two more articles, one more recent scanned, and one very old, but this you need to download from here, because it is too large: https://drive.google.com/file/d/15JRgVSGJ-PFAL00XBQT0xQUTEaxaUAfz/view?usp=drive_link
One element that might be missing is the link to the Zenodo deposition, which is present, if zenodo created the DOI, but not if the DOI refers to the original CrossRef DOI. I am sure, Terry has an idea.

Creating JATS versions of publications is complicated and not easily achievable.
As a shortcut, the upload of publications could be done by treating them as supplementary data, which then can be indexed by SIBiLS similar to supplementary material in PMC.
here are some initial files:
Donat,
I made some good progress on converting the taxodros publication metadata conversion. See the attached samples. I still need to refine the mapping between the Zenodo deposit metadata and JATS (e.g. keywords, publisher name), but it is fairly close. Could you pass on to Patrick to see if we're on the right track?
