I checked the original publication (https://www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2012/f/zt03193p027.pdf) and it looks like Salix is the genus of the host (willow tree), not the genus for the mite, the same goes for Eucalyptus and other genera names in the dataset.
As far as I can see, these would be the genera expected: Acizzia, Amorphicola, Aphalara, Aphalaroida, Arytaina, Arytainilla, Bactericera, Blastopsylla and Cacopsylla
I noticed that the species included in this GBIF dataset (https://www.gbif.org/dataset/561b604f-8a0a-4747-8473-985e3791e07f) have the genus Salix (https://www.gbif.org/species/241436180).
