baseAuthorityName with [ #59

in this case https://github.com/plazi/treatments-rdf/issues/2#issuecomment-1225447090 and the treatment https://tb.plazi.org/GgServer/xml/8956F9E6BAEE5F03AA80CBE8C8F8DE89 the baseAuthorityName creates an error in the RDF, probably because of the use of [, ] in the baseAuthorityName.

Could this be excluded? But see the source, that is a BDJ which has a name including the [ ]
